Did you know that 80% of home searches are now being started on the internet? Getting your property in front of home buyers on the internet is the single most important way for you to market your home. EchoRealty will provide this extensive internet advertising where it matters most. We’ll get your home listed on the Northeast Wisconsin MLS, which services the biggest real estate sites on the internet such as Realtor.com, EchoWI.com and all other local real estate company websites across Northeast Wisconsin that access the Northeast Wisconsin MLS.

The Drive By

While the internet gives a fantastic venue in which to narrow down your choice of homes, folks still like to drive neighborhoods to see if their dream home looks as good in person as it did on the internet. Your home won’t be missed as we provide a professional yard sign to advertise your home to buyers.

The Right Equipment

Ever notice when looking at pictures of homes for sale that some rooms look incredibly small, and you don’t feel like you are really seeing what a home truly looks like? The people taking those pictures are most likely using inferior equipment that’s not designed for interior photos. We’ll take the right type of pictures for your home with the best equipment so you can see a true picture of your home, not just a small piece of one room.

What about Negotiation?

We’re there for you! We’ll help you through every step of the way. We’ll accept and present offers to you and discuss the merits of each offer. We’ll also assist in preparing, communicating, or presenting counter-offers. Echo Realty is here for you to assist in negotiating the sale of your home!

What does this cost?

Since we’re not a traditional real estate brokerage, and we’re not burdened with the costs of being a national franchise, we are able to offer this service to you for an incredibly reasonable price. We charge an upfront fee of only $499 for a 6 month listing. If you find a buyer for your home that’s not working with another realtor, you pay only an additional 1.0% at closing. If another realtor finds a buyer for your home, you pay an additional 3.0% at closing (1.0% for Echo Realty, and 2.0% as a commission to the agent who finds you a buyer).
